Approximately 80 people in Agency Management attended a breakfast at The Establishment this morning – the first of the Agency New Business Masterclass series hosted by The Source.
William opened the session with a presentation on building a new business strategy and explained the new business pipeline through from prospecting strategies to securing the business. Camille Alarcon from The Source then hosted a panel discussion with William, Julia Vargiu and Tom Moult answering questions about new business which ranged from the importance of awards and the need for a new Business Director to cold calling and new business budgets.
This is the first in a series of 4 breakfasts which will go through to October.
